PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous secondary battery and its manufacturing method, in which the burst of a battery due to separation of the joining portion of a positive electrode and the separator is prevented, even when gas has been generated in the battery due to overcharging of the battery. SOLUTION: The nonaqueous secondary battery comprises a flat volute generating element 1, having a positive electrode 5 and a negative electrode 6 capable of occlusion and discharging of lithium ions and wound via a separator, and this generating element 1 is housed in an aluminum laminate packaging body, and a gel polymer containing a nonaqueous electrolyte exists between the positive electrode 5 and a separator, and with this gel polymer the positive electrode adheres to the separator. The adhesion strength of the positive electrode 5 and the separator adhered by the gel polymer is 0.02 N/10 mm or higher. |
