PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a high-frequency radiating noise radiated from a light emitting element without taking a space. SOLUTION: A mesh-like magnetic loss film (15) is partly formed at least on a surface of a light emitting window (13) in the light emitting element (10) having the window (13). In this case, as the film (15), a granular magnetic thin film can be used. The film may, for example, be a sputtered film formed by a sputtering method using a mask or may be a knitted film formed by knitting wires. |
