PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp receptacle socket, ensuring fixation of a base of a bulb and preventing electric shock. SOLUTION: The inner face of a cylindrical receptacle socket body 53 constituting the lamp receptacle socket 51 is provided with first-third semispherical insulator protruded portions 571-573 along the unevenness of an annular contact portion of the base of the bulb. A bent portion 59A of a contact member 59 to be electrically connected to the annular contact portion of the base is fixed near a partition portion 54. A protruded portion 58A of a center member 58 is protruded on the partition portion 54. Unless the base of the bulb is inserted somewhat deeply in an upper space portion 55 of the receptacle socket body 53, no current is carried to the base, therefore effectively preventing electric shock. The center member 58 and the contact member 59 are fixed with latching by utilizing the unevenness of the partition portion 54, eliminating the need of screwing and producing a reduction in cost. |
