<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care information processing system capable of preparing a highly reliable nursing care actual result database that can be utilized for appropriate medical treatment. SOLUTION: A plurality of nursing information input terminals 4 are connected to a database server 1 storing nursing care information through a LAN 2, the nursing care applied to a person to be cared is classified in each of nursing care contents, an ID number is attached to each classification, a nursing contents master table formed by attaching a count necessity identification code to identify whether or not to count as an actual result is also preliminarily stored in the server 1, at least a nursing ID number, performance data and hour and the name of a person to be cared are inputted from a nursing care information input terminal 4 and transmitted to the server 1 each time the nursing care is performed, and the server 1 refers to the nursing care contents master table on the basis of the transmitted ID number and counts and stores actual nursing care results in each person to be cared when the count necessity identification code has to be counted.</p> |
