PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver capable of judging the same contents even in the case of receiving the same contents from a different broadcasting kind or network. SOLUTION: This receiver 400 for receiving two or more kinds of broadcasting is provided with n (n>=1) pieces of reception parts 410, 411 and 412 for receiving a program and a program identifier for identifying the program, a program storage part 401 for storing the program and the program identifier in a pair, a judgment part 402 for judging whether or not the matching program identifier is stored in the program storage part 401 in the case of receiving the program and the program identifier from an m-th reception part (1<=m<=n) and a storage control part 403 for storing the program and the program identifier received in the reception part in the program storage part 401 in the case that the judgment part 402 judges they are not stored.
