PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the update state of a homepage at a glance and to prevent updating of a homepage which is browsed from being forgotten by displaying the update state as needed. SOLUTION: When a homepage management picture 60 is opened, data 64 of the day are displayed and details of a tree structure are displayed below it. When a display update button 65 is pressed, they are updated into new information. The last update time of the index.html corresponding to a top page is displayed within parentheses [ ]. This means that an update interval day will not pass, when setting of stagnation alarming is set in a setting picture. Furthermore, a display of how many days the update is delayed is made to urge the update. If the homepage at a link destination is missing, 'no link destination' is displayed, to urge the change of the link destination.
