PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition easy to compose, superior in thin film formation in any form and as conductive as a conductive organic polymer, and a method of producing a conductive thin film using the same. SOLUTION: The conductive composition comprises aryl group contained polysilane having a specified weight average molecular weight and a degree of branching and a conductive organic polymer soluble in an organic solvent. The method of producing the conductive thin film using the same comprises the step of doping oxydants in the composition.
