PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature sensor and temperature-measuring circuit of a boosting device from being broken by a high voltage, and to make the temperature of a transformer or inductor measurable with a relatively short time lag, without being affected by the noise from a power source. SOLUTION: At attaching of the temperature sensor 10 to a molded transformer (or inductor), which generates a high-frequency high voltage, at least part of a sensor 10 is covered with a grounded conductive cover 11 and the cover 11 and the sensor 10 are integrally molded with a resin with the transformer. Since the sensor 10 is covered with the cover 11, the intensity of the electric field near the sensor 10 can be lowered. Consequently, the sensor 10 and its lead-out wires are not charged to a high voltage, and the breakage of the sensor 10 and wires by the high voltage can be prevented. In addition, no noise sneaks in through from the winding 2 of the transformer to the sensor 10. |
