PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a device which is capable of precise acquisition in spite of suppressing the influence of color noise and has a simplified circuit. SOLUTION: Code phase synchronization discrimination is performed by using a side lobe appearing in an integrated correlation value, and a code phase is controlled based on the result. The generating formula of a code phase discrimination signal to be used for code phase discrimination is set in accordance with an amplitude relation between the main lobe of one integrated correlation value 521' and the side lobe of the other integrated correlation value 520'. The delay quantity of spread codes is decided in accordance with the phase difference of oscillation bands to be used. |
