PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To successively stably feed electronic components by surely avoiding cracking of a cover tape without polishing. SOLUTION: A tape guide 15 for guiding a housing tape 13 being pressed has a component pickup opening 15b, the upstream end of the opening 15b in a direction (arrow D) of feeding the tape 13 is bent back in a direction (arrow E) of feeding a cover tape 13c to form a bent back 15d, this part 15d has a shape smoothly bent in a direction (arrow E) of feeding the tape 13c, its end is greatly bent back off the feeding direction (arrow E) of the cover tape 13c, this tape 13c is deflected along the smooth curved surface of the bent back part 15 and fed in the arrow E direction, so that the corners of the bent back ends never contact the cover tape 13c, thus avoiding cracking of this tape. |
