SOLUTION: This system is provided with a material collecting information storing part 112 for retaining material collecting information concerning acquisition-desired material, which is transmitted from an ordering terminal, a bidding information storing part 113 for retaining bidding conditions with respect to material designated within the material collecting information, which is transmitted from a bidding terminal, an auction processing part 115 for generating a list of the bidding conditions corresponding to the material collecting information and selecting a bidding condition equivalent to a prescribed condition from the list, and an ordering information transmitting part 116 for transmitting ordering information to the bidding terminal having transmitted the selected bidding condition. |
