SOLUTION: A necessary production calculating part 105 merges an order reception order 103 with a monthly production plan 104, and collates the result with product inventory 113, and prepares a production order 106 based on the insufficient situation of the product inventory 113. The production order 106 is registered as a schedule object. Then, a schedule plan temporary certified schedule 108 based on the schedule object is prepared by a schedule plan preparing part 107. Then, material required calculation is operated based on the schedule plan temporary certified schedule 108, and written in an order request order 110, and this order request order 110 is linked to a purchasing system 111. Thus, it is possible to sharply shorten a processing time by operating the material required calculation based on the schedule plan temporary certified data by schedule units.</p> |
