PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station and a communication method for the radio base station that can avoid occurrence of a disabled speech because reception timing of a desired wave and that of an interference wave are close to each other. SOLUTION: A reception timing specification section 54 specifies reception timing of a symbol stream of an interference wave and reception timing of a symbol stream from a user, and a transmission timing adjustment section 53 calculates transmission timing at which a reception timing difference is changed into a threshold value or over when the reception timing difference is less than the threshold value and informs a clock generating section 52 about the transmission timing. Upon the receipt of the notice from the transmission timing adjustment section 53 about the new transmission timing, the clock generating section 52 generates a clock by decrementing the time sequentially by a prescribed time amount each from the generating timing of the current clock from the generating timing of the current clock until the informed transmission timing is obtained, and a signal adjustment section 51 transmits the symbol stream to the user according to the clock generated by the clock generating section 52.
