PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board mounting device wherein no mounted board falls even if the deflection of the bottom plate of a shelf becomes larger. SOLUTION: There are provided an electronic circuit unit frame 1, an upper guide rail 6 which comprises an upper guide channel 6a and is supported on the upper surface of the electronic circuit unit frame 1 for vertical movement, a lower guide rail 7 which comprises a lower guide channel 7a and is fixed to the bottom surface of the electronic circuit unit frame 1 with a specified interval F from the upper guide rail 6, and an interval keeping means 9 which is integrally formed with the upper and lower guide rails 6 and 7 to keep the specified interval F.
