PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropy conductive connector, an inspection apparatus having the same and a manufacturing method of an anisotropy conductive connector, that do not generate large amount of resistance heat, even when used under the condition with a large current flowing locally. SOLUTION: The anisotropy conductive connector is used, connected with a circuit device having a plurality of signal terminal electrode and common power source terminal electrode, and comprises plural conductive passage forming portions, which are installed in a state of mutual insulation by an insulation portion. The plural conductive passage forming portions are comprised of a power source current conductive passage forming portion which corresponds with a power source terminal electrode of the circuit device and a signal current conductive passage forming portion, which corresponds with a signal terminal electrode. The power source current conductive passage forming portion comprises a conductive passage area larger than that of the signal current conductive passage forming portion. The inspection apparatus comprises the anisotropy connector and the manufacturing method of the anisotropy connector comprises a process to form a laminate plastic material layer in the molding die and to treat its effect.
