PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test item preparation aiding device capable of preparing test items necessary for a test of an object directional program with less manhour. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a 1st means for acquiring package information, class diagram information, general relation, and operation information from a design model of an object directional program from which test items are to be extracted, a 2nd means for acquiring state transition information from a state diagram and a 3rd means for preparing test items in each operation unit on the basis of the information acquired by the 1st and 2nd means and outputting the prepared test items to an external storage device or an output device.
