PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor and notification method for a computer which facilitates and secures monitoring operation. SOLUTION: A monitor center terminal 20, when receiving monitor information and transmission destination address information from a monitor contracting computer 10, generates E-Mail data and monitor contract charging identification information, and the generated E-Mail data are reported to the user monitor terminal 30 of a monitor contracting user via a network 200. Consequently, the supervisor of the user monitor terminal 30 is able to obtain information about the operation generated on the monitor contracting computer 10 anywhere.
