PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control device which permits the support of an adaptor loaded with a USB interface and improvement in operability by automation and to provide a communication control method and a storage medium. SOLUTION: An adaptor 108 is constituted so as to be connected to an application server 105 through a portable communication terminal 107 and a communication network 103 and connected to plural devices such as a printer 109 and provided with a microcomputer 2102 for controlling the acquisition of a device function (class information) and device equipment information (device type information ID) and performing control or the like for judging whether the function of an acquired device is to be supported or not.
