PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which enables a user (reproduction side of music data) to easily acquire the desired or necessary music data. SOLUTION: A headquarters server 103 extracts the descriptions relating to the deliverable music data from the HTML text received from a music delivery server 102 and downloads the music data satisfying predetermined conditions from the described music data. The downloaded music data is packaged and is rearranged to one which is delivered to respective store servers 104. The music data delivered to the respective shop servers 104 is thus relayed.
