PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring device 11 which can prevent a cable 15 from contacting with building material 12 and thin and simplify the main body 22 of a plate. SOLUTION: A support 21 which has a bulkhead 37 is attached to building material 12, and the main body 22 of a plate which has a wiring tool 50 is attached to the support 21. The wiring tool 50 of the plate main body 22 is opposed to the bulkhead 37 of the support 21. The bulkhead 37 prevents a cable 15 connected with the wiring tool 50 through the cable passage hole 38 of the bulkhead 37 from contacting with the building material 12. The position of the wiring tool 50 is brought close to the support 12, whereby the plate main body 22 is thinned and simplified.
