<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that accurately grasps the contents of home nursing care work, needed time, etc., and performs costs charging processing. SOLUTION: When a nurse and a helper visit the house of a person to be cared and performs nursing care, time needed for the nursing caring is recorded in such a manner that a handy terminal reads the non-contact type IC tag of the house of the person to be cared, and nursing care contents are simultaneously inputted and recorded in the handy terminal. The person information of the person to be cared and nursing care information are transmitted together with the personal information of the nurse or the helper being in charge of the nursing care to a visiting service management center, and the visiting service management center edits, processes, records and stores the nursing care information on the basis of the transmitted information, also conducts charging calculation for performing costs settlement and charges the costs to the account of the person to be cared.</p> |
