<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make clerical processing simple and efficient in the case of preparing a prescribed slip from one piece of slip data by relating a plurality of types of corresponding slip data with one another in a slip management system which manages prescribed types of slip data and also prepares different slips on the basis of one piece of slip data. SOLUTION: A management data processing means 12 acquires image data, the text data of an application slip 16 and photograph image data about each of the slip 16 and a school report 17 in which data about an applicant is at least represented, respectively makes them correspond to one another and stores them in an applicant DB 19 and a school report DB 20, an applicant data extracting means 22 extracts applicant data from the DB 19, a list preparing means 23 and an examination slip preparing means 24 prepares a list file and an examination list file, and a printing means 25 prints them.</p> |
