PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely manage the number of copies in each copying machine with respect to each use ID of a user, who has used the machine, even in the case that plural copying machines are simultaneously used to perform remote copying or to make superposed copies. SOLUTION: A copying machine on the transmission side is provided with a user ID storage means, where the user ID information of a user allowed to use the machine is stored, and a user ID is collated with user ID information stored in the user ID storage means, when the user inputs the user ID. A copying machine on the reception side is provided with a user ID storage means, where the user ID information of a user allowed to use the machine is stored, and the user ID is collated with user ID information stored in this user ID storage means, when it is sent from the copying machine on the transmission side, and the collation result is transmitted to the copying machine on the transmission side. The copying machine on the transmission side receives this collation result to control the print operation according to the user ID collation result in the machine on its own side and the collation result in the copying machine on the reception side. |
