PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell structure which can drive an electronic device without lowering a generating voltage even in a state that a part of the solar cell is shaded and lights do not impinge thereon; its manufacturing method; and a watch structure as the electronic device using the same. SOLUTION: This solar cell comprises a plurality of element arrays which are linearly formed via predetermined intervals on a transparent insulation layer provided on a metal substrate, and the element array has solar cell elements in which a lower electrode provided on the transparent insulation layer, a generating layer and an upper electrode are sequentially laminated; a transparent insulation film formed so as to coat the solar cell elements; the upper electrode via an opening part of the transparent insulation film; and a connection electrode provided so as to connect the lower electrode of the adjacent solar cell elements. |
