PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that time and labor are required in the case of a repeat order, a merchandise has to be confirmed to coincide with the merchandise ordered last time or not and also an order amount is not predicted at a selling-side. SOLUTION: A customer performs access to a selling side database via the Internet by using a terminal unit and performs the repeat order in a repeat order system. The system is provided with a function for generating integrated data in the database, which are integrated and edited based on data ordered by the customer in the past. Customer ID information is inputted in the case of repeat order so that an order slip where the basis of this time order data is generated from integrated data is displayed on a display to the customer. Moreover, integrated data are generated in a plurality of kinds in accordance with order forms, the order slip is edited in accordance with a request and a form in the case of ordering and the basis of the slip is generated. |
