PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actual result information managing device and a business support system with which the effect of a team organization can be easily estimated while the estimation of the effect of the team organization is difficult in a conventional case. SOLUTION: In the actual result information managing device and the business support system, an actual result information server 20 makes a response to a request from a business terminal 10 and compares the skill of a target team corresponding to a real team which was formed and fixed up in the past for performing a job being the object of business and the skill of the real team. The result of comparison and the compared evaluation information of the real team are associated and are supplied to the business terminal 10.
