ISSUE SYSTEM FOR COMMODITY PUBLICITY ELECTRONIC MAIL, RECODING MEDIUM WITH PROGRAM USED TO THE ISSUE SYSTEM RECORDED THEREIN AND ISSUE METHOD FOR COMMODITY PUBLICITY ELECTRONIC MAIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately select the commodity that is truly desired by a customer and to transmit a direct mail of an electronic mail form having high efficiency of publicity. SOLUTION: The information on commodities a-z which are publicized by direct mails are stored in a commodity information file in the forms of electronic information and one or plural keywords 1-10 showing the attributes of commodities a-z are allocated to these commodities respectively. The customer information which include the electronic mail addresses of customers A-Z who receive the direct mails and also include the keywords 1-10 associated with the mail addresses are stored in a file. Then the direct mails are edited into the formats of electronic mails. The electronic mail addresses, i. e., the destinations of direct mails are acquired from the customer information file and the publicity information on the relevant commodities a-z are extracted from the commodity file according to the keywords 1-10 associated with the acquired electronic mail addresses. Then the extracted commodity publicity information are edited into the electronic mail formats which are addressed to the-electronic mail addresses of customers A-Z for producing the direct mails which are transmitted to a mail server on an electronic communication network such as the Internet.
