PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication unit and its operating method that can enhance the power saving effect by avoiding useless transition in an area the arrival and unarrival of a radio wave from a base station whose electric field strength is unstable is repeated. SOLUTION: The mobile communication unit of this invention can reduce number of times of transition between in-zone and out-zone areas by decreasing the opportunity of discrimination of out-zone when detecting a stop state at a position at which the electric field strength is unstable. |
