PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a D/A conversion device which operates at high speed, highly accurately and with low power consumption. SOLUTION: A control part 30 performs control in such a way that a coarse- precision D/A part 10 can output rough analog signals CHA and CLA with low precision when the value change with time is large, with respect to the higher order six bits of input digital data DIN and that the lower order six bits data and the rough analog signal CHA and CLA are inputted to a fine D/A part and a fine analog signal FA with high precision is outputted when the value change is small. Thus, an analog signal AOUT is outputted via a buffer amplifier 50.
