PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve resolution so as to insert ion beam into an ion reservoir of an ion stripping plate without bending it. SOLUTION: In a pulsar power source, a first transistor 5 is turned on/off by a pulse signal from a pulse generator 1 to output an ion stripping pulse. Wherein a current detecting resistance 6 for detecting ON/OFF state of the first transistor 5 and a second transistor 14 are connected to the resistance serially to control ON/OFF thereof corresponding to the voltage at the resistance. The residual voltage after the first transistor is turned off is absorbed into the second transistor and the resistance.
