PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key-switching device, keyboard equipped with the same, and electronic apparatus equipped with the keyboard that make stable key operation possible by confining horizontal move of the key top on the way of its depression. SOLUTION: In a locking groove 17A of a locking member 17, a slope 17E is formed continuously from its wall parts 17D, and together, slope face 17F of the slope 17E are tilting down outward. Also lower shaft parts 22 of the first link member 3 and second link member 4 that are locked in the locking groove 17A have an elliptic shape in the side view. When each of the lower shaft parts 22 slides inside the locking groove 17A based on upper part of the key top 2, each of the lower shaft parts 22 is let slide while making contact with the slope face 17F of the locking groove 17A based on its elliptic shape.
