PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each user to perform an operation such as browsing of the system operating condition or the operating environment setting of a processing server without having a large scale device in a web application system where a large number of processing servers respectively having applications are utilized by a large number of users (clients). SOLUTION: Concerning the operating mechanism 11 for operating the web application system, this mechanism is provided with an operation module 22, linked to a processing server 21, which performs processing concerning the operation corresponding to an instruction from the client and a communication module 23 which performs communication for receiving the instruction from the client and the start of the operation module 22 on the basis of this instruction.
