PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the re-start of this auxiliary circuit is made invalid when a large voltage is erroneously applied and that the performance of this auxiliary circuit is deteriorated. SOLUTION: A posistor 26 is arranged at the primary side of a transformer 14. The resistance value of this current limiting element 26 is made larger according as running currents are made larger. When a voltage larger than a scheduled voltage is erroneously applied, a large voltage is applied to the primary side of the transformer 14, and currents running through the current limiting element 26 are made larger. On the other hand, the resistance value of the current limiting element 26 is made smaller so that a voltage to be applied to the transfer 14 is made smaller. Therefore, the voltage transformed by the transfer 14 is made smaller, and each element such as a microcomputer 18 can be prevented from being deteriorated.
