摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle valve capable of stably controlling a very small flow rate and easily manufacturable by an economical working method and to provide a switching valve using the throttle valve. SOLUTION: In this throttle valve for allowing fluid flowing in from an upstream side passage 4 to flow through a flow rate adjusting part 4 arranged at a columnar valve main body 3 to a downstream side passage 5, and flow rate adjusting part is composed of a plurality of intermediate chambers 3c, 3e, and 3g formed in a direction orthogonal to the direction in which the fluid of the valve main body 3 is allowed to flow, and formed so as to be separated from each other in the direction in which the fluid is allowed to flow and grooves 3b, 3d, 3f, and 3h formed in the outer periphery of the valve main body 3 for allowing the fluid to flow into the intermediate chamber 3c, and for allowing the fluid to flow out of the intermediate chambers 3c and 3e, and for allowing the fluid to flow into the other intermediate chambers 3e and 3g adjacent to the outflow side, and for allowing the fluid to flow out of the intermediate chamber 3g.
