<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable switching of delay times. SOLUTION: A capacitor 13 is connected to the output side of an inverter 11, and the output of an NOR gate 14 is connected to the other terminal of the capacitor 13. An input signal IN to the inverter 11 is given to one input of the gate 14, and a control signal CNT is given to another input. Whether the both terminals of the capacitor 13 are to be with the same phase or the potential of one terminal is fixed is switched by switching the control signal CNT, so that the delay time is switched to a time needed to invert an output of the inverter 11.</p> |
