<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the immediacy and consecutiveness of transmitting images and maintaining of a high image quality in balance. SOLUTION: An image transmitter intermittently transmits images with data on a limited moving image picked up within some time as one unit. The moving images to be transmitted are given compression processing. The length of one unit and the interval can be set manually and can be set automatically based on a timer, the change of the image, e.g. An image receiver receives the moving image after compression through a transmission line, gives stretching processing and repeatedly reproduces one unit of moving images. Whenever one unit of the moving images is received newly, new one unit of moving images is reproduced repeatedly. As for the form of repeating, they can be repeated continuously and can be repeated intermittently by inserting a suspension period every repeating, too. Furthermore, after repeating for a fixed period, repetition can be suspended until new one unit of moving images is received.</p> |
