<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a leakage of individual specific information such as a password or an ID number or the like and any illegal access. SOLUTION: The contents of a two-dimensional code obtained by enciphering individual information are recorded as image information. Also, individual specific information as an individual recognizing means is constituted of plural enciphered two-dimensional codes, and the 'the order of arrangement' of the plural two-dimensional codes is obtained as an off-line input independent of card reading information and on-line input information. Also, specific data obtained by digitizing image data such as signatures are added to data obtained by enciphering the individual specific information as the person himself or herself confirming means, and the data are two-dimensionally encoded and printed on a document such as a certificate. Thus, it is possible to confirm the person himself or herself without making it necessary to perform on-line collation by detecting the image data such as signatures by reproducing the specific data at the time of reproducing the individual specific information such as the certificate.</p> |
