PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce housing space of a shutter member for protecting and light-shielding an image carrier in a device main body and to improve the performance of the shutter member as a light-shielding material at the time of light-shielding the image carrier. SOLUTION: A film-sheet B-1 is used as a shutter member for protecting and light-shielding the image carrier 1. When the image carrier 1 is inside the device main body, the shutter member can be moved to a with drawing position and when the image carrier 1 is outside the device, the shutter member can be moved to a position where the image carrier 1 is protected and light- shielded.
