PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately predict thinning of wall while considering the cause of progress of thinning of wall in a plant facility as well. SOLUTION: The internal form of a fixed area is estimated from the thickness data of the plant facility, and by finding a wall thinning speed caused by the pattern of thickness or pattern of thinning distribution, thinning of wall is predicted.
