PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize facsimile machine and a system which circulate a circular bulletin, without operational load on users and enable a user of a circulation source device to find the occurrence of transmission errors. SOLUTION: When a SUB signal, having the same ID as a group ID stored in a RAM 170 from a line L, the circular bulletin from the line L, is stored into an image information memory 120, and the circular bulletin stored in the image information memory 120 is circulated to a circulation destination stored in the RAM 170, if the telephone number of facsimile machine as the circulation source is not stored in the RAM 170.
