PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an announcing summation system that enables audiences to hear fast required summaries of a mail and a tourist guidebook and to understand texts fast, which are provided by announcement systems, with a help of the summarization of the text without any added linguistic information to the extent that a ratio of the summation becomes the one the audience specifies. SOLUTION: The announcing summation system has a text input device, a language analysis device, and a text announcement device with a voice synthesis means. The system has a summarization ratio input device that enters a ratio of the lengths of input text to an announced synthesis voice to the system and a text selection device that selects a part of one or multi-texts from the input texts so that the ratio of the lengths of input text to the announced synthesized voice becomes the one being specified. |
