PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem with an active noise processing unit for outputting a silencing signal to silence the noise from outside that the constitution in unitization is not concretely disclosed while the unit described above is known from heretofore and the constitution to improve the sound hearing environment by superposing the silencing signal on an audio signal and silencing the noise when a speaker sounds is proposed. SOLUTION: An audio head unit 1 and an ANC unit (active noise processing unit) 2 are constituted as separate units and a mixer 4 is interposed in the upstream position of a power amplifier 5 of the audio head unit 1. The silencing signal is superposed on the audio signal by the mixer 4, by which just one of the silencing signal is merely necessitated even if both units are constituted as separate units.
