PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method of a display device in which display unevenness is reduced. SOLUTION: In this display device, plural pixels arranged in a matrix form and plural scanning lines and plural data signal lines for displaying the picture based on a display data signal in the respective pixels are provided. Driving voltages of a scanning signal 4 are averaged by dividing a selection period when the scanning signal 4 in the scanning signal line is impressed. Moreover, a predicting means predicting waveform degradation to be generated in the scanning signal 4 from a data signal which is impressed on the data signal line and which is based on the display data signal is provided in the device and a correcting means correcting the scanning signal 4 based on the predicted result of the predicting means is provided in the device.
