摘要

The system has a rewritable memory and a micro-chip card reader. It is fitted with a secure logic unit (6) which requires for operation the permanent presence of the micro-chip card (7) in the reader. The micro-chip card is a specific card for the computer and uses a user access control code, and which controls the exchange of data from and top the permanent rewritable computer memory, and encrypting the data before inscribing it into memory. The data is decrypted after being read from the memory by means of a decryption code which requires a key figure which is memorised in the micro-chip card together with the user access code.
