PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit which can prevent the current from flowing to the parasitic device and reduce the power consumption. SOLUTION: In an integrated circuit having field effect transistors, a switching device (22) is connected between a base (b-4) of a parasitic transistor (Tr2) of the field effect transistors (b) and a power source to be the off voltage of the parasitic transistor (Tr2), and which controls the on-off in accordance with the gate voltage of the field effect transistors (b). Thus, the parasitic current flowing in the parasitic transistor (Tr2) can be prevent and the power consumption of the integrated circuit can be reduced by means of having the switching device (22), by which the base (b-4) of the parasitic transistor (Tr2) of the switching circuit (18) having the field effect transistors (b) is changed to the off voltage.
