PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely connect cathode electrodes without using vacuum deposited makes of complicated shaped even if a plurality of fixed display segments are mixedly formed. SOLUTION: Anode electrodes 4 are formed on an anode board 3 corresponding with the shape of fixed display segments 2A-2F, and a bridge 6 made of conductive material corresponding with the position of a cathode electrodes 5 is formed avoiding the position where anode electrodes 4 are formed. At the upper part of a contact 6a of the bridge 6, a connecting part 8 made of conductive material is formed at the position higher than an organic layer 10. On the above, an insulation layer 9, having an opening 9a, formed to form fixed display segments 2A-2F, and having a through hole 9b at the contact 6a of the bridge 6, is formed. On the above, the organic layer 10 is closely formed. On the organic layer 10, cathode electrodes 5, divided in plurals so that the objects to be connected gather together on the connecting part 8 of the bridge 6, are formed. Cathode electrodes 5 to be connected each other are conductively connected when conducting convent through the bridge 6 and the connecting part 8.
