PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image fetching device capable of surely fetching a normal image while reducing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The image fetching device 20 is provided with an image input part 21 having CCD camera 8, and image data outputted from the image input part 21 are A/D converted by an A/D converter 26 and are fetched by an image processing part 27. In addition, the image fetching device 20 is provided with a generating circuit 29 to generated a clock signal CK2 to operate the A/D converter 26 and the image processing part 27, and a counter circuit 30. The counter circuit 30 transmits the clock signal CK2 for a period T1 longer than the period corresponding to a valid fetching area t of the image data when a pulse of an HD signal from the image input part 21 is inputted, and stops transmission of the signal CK2 for a period T2 from elapse of the time T1 to the input of a pulse of the HD signal.
