PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid developing device capable of preventing liquid developer in the liquid developing device from getting one-sided in the case of applying the liquid developer to a coating roller and the liquid developer from being spilled. SOLUTION: Two screws 25 function as a means for supplying the liquid developer to the coating roller 23 of the liquid developing device 2, and the liquid developer in a developing tank is made to circulate and stirred by two screws 25. The difference of carrying ability is set between two screws 25, and the carrying ability of the screw 25a arranged on a downstream side in the rotating direction of the roller 23 is set to be lower than that of the screw 25b arranged on an upstream side in the device 2.
