The invention relates to a plastic container (1) comprising a lockable lid (2) and a notch that is arranged in the upper edge region of the container and serves for receiving the lid in a locking manner. Said lid is provided with a region that rests on the upper edge region of the container in a sealing manner. The aim of the invention is to provide a plastic container comprising a lockable lid, whereby said container reliably meets the special requirements of closeness, especially when an outer force is exerted. At least one radially protruding reinforcement rib (16) that extends at least partially over the circumference of the container is formed to the container edge on the side of the notch (7), whereby said side faces the upper edge (4) of the container. Said rib preferably goes around the container and is provided on a peripheral edge region (5) which is directed downwards and is joined in the area of the upper edge (4) of said container. |
