<p>The present invention is concerned with pharmaceutically acceptable solutions of carvedilol or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof containing adjuvants with lipophilic character, with the carvedilol content lying above 5 % (wt./wt., based on the solution) and the carvedilol being distributed in the solution as a molecular dispersion, as well as pharmaceutical administration forms containing such solutions and their use for the treatment and/or prophylaxis of illnesses, such as hypertension, cardiac insufficiency or angina pectoris.</p> |
